1- Yes it needs time... all is very slow in Baabda penal affair... and beside that Judges for weeks and weeks were not working (e3tikaf) for issue related to State Budgeting...
2- They are obliged to take your case. and move to Jounieh as you mentioned.. but better to have a lawyer who follows.
3- Whatsapp works as 1 evidence for your case.. try to bring more evidence...
4- What you did signing a cheque and transfer to other was a wrong move you did.. the current holder of the cheque now can present a case now against you .. ok you did first present a case against the first signature of the cheque.. but you have made a big mistake to do what you did.. and the current holder can present a case against you and against the lady...
5- Again for such case .. urgently talk with a lawyer better.
