Can any lawyer help? My son, who is now 18 year-old, will be tried for some infraction. I wish to know in this case he will tried in juvenile or adult courts. I would prefer juvenile... he is good boy and never had problems with law before... plz help..

Mr Georges, try to search for lawyers inside the site for 'criminal law'. I wish I can help but myself I am not anymore working these cases.. But from what I know if your boy did the infraction while he was under 18, he will be tried in juvenile court. And if he was above 18, the Lebanese law tried him in regular court.. so it is not a question of what you prefer... sadly...
