Hello,
I have bought a house under iskan/bank, if I decide to sell it, what is the procedure, can a house that is under iskan can be applied by someone else for iskan again, so as he pays me the amount and I close with the bank and I sell him the house?

Yes Peter, you can do this. Go with the new buyer to the bank and see what is the procedure of the bank to switch the applier from you to the new buyer and terminate your contract with the bank.
