Hello Jean, my advise if it is a pure online business... better to not be bind by Lebanese law.. taxes etc... related to companies...
I know people who are doing a kind of commerce online and are not operating under company names... So go ahead begin your online pure business as a human behind it and free of any Lebanese burden.. better.. sometime online business doesn't success and so you will not accumulate a lot of expenses here and there... Don't be afraid of Lebanese law.. it will not affect you and no one will follow you...
Don't forget sometime internet business are more international and is not so controlled under Lebanese taxes...
