I have a problem with a public sector of Lebanon. Can I present a case against a Public sector such ministery or municipality?
Yes, of course you can through the State Consultative Council
Mr. Chemaly, to encounter a decision of a municipality, you can choose as well: The Governor or the Prefecture. I mean here in Lebanese law it is Mouhafez and Kae'm Maqam
This is true, but you can not sue the municipality in front of the governor, if there was damage must go to the Shura Council of the State
