I am studying deeply all aspects of International law within the conference of the Hague for country members and to compare with laws of non-member countries.

What are the legal juridication and laws codes for International relations between persons or companies in Lebanon and outside, business, electronic commerce, defamation, contracts and marriages etc...
Nb: Can you give me name of books about Private international law and how it is treated in Lebanon.

Can you hire me a Lebanese lawyer from your site so I can discuss with, two situations:
1- In my land in the mountain I am noticing that someone is secretly sneaking into my property during my absence to cut branches of old trees I have and I love and I want them as they are. Who is responsible?
2- In my Home in Beirut I do live near what was called "Antellias River" today the river is not anymore clean as it was in the previous time of Lebanon... who is responsible in this country of cleaning rivers...?

Can I add a middle name to my lebaneese passport or identity card?

Can any lawyer help? My son, who is now 18 year-old, will be tried for some infraction. I wish to know in this case he will tried in juvenile or adult courts. I would prefer juvenile... he is good boy and never had problems with law before... plz help..

We are preparing in Arabic, an article about the economy and the social actual situation in Lebanon. The article will be published probably in a newspaper. The information which will be published, will be verdict and full of facts and stats showing how money and properties are leaked… I am afraid however of the reply of the Lebanese tribunal of press in Beirut. Can someone help?
